Jeff is beyond Outstanding!!! As an out of state seller, it was daunting to blindly select a real estate agent. I could not have been luckier than to be represented by Jeff Myint. He was the most professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond throughout the process. Being out of state, Jeff had numerous contacts, and offered to be part of the process for the coordination aspects/meeting contractors for repairs. One of the most unique aspects about Jeff is his level of communication. Jeff kept us informed of any changes or updates within minutes of them occurring. Jeff was always accessible and meticulous with attention to detail. Jeff also was an excellent negotiator and was able to sell our home quickly and way above what we were hoping for. I highly recommend Jeff to be anyone’s agent and hope I get the chance to work with him in the future.
