There is no way I can completely explain here how amazing Jeff was because it is an experience you would have to see for yourself to believe it. Above and beyond is an understatement. There was no such thing as to many questions, seeing to many homes, or being concerned about deciding on the right home for myself. Jeff and I must have looked at two dozen properties. He was very knowledgeable about any area we looked in, educated himself on each home we looked at so he can answer any question I had, would express his honest opinion on any property (good or bad), and looked out for my best interest from beginning to end. You can tell this man was not there just for his commission, he was there for you. He made you feel comfortable and never pressured a decision. In fact, Jeff probably saved me from making the wrong decision a few times. He helped break down properties in a way that helped me finally make the correct decision. In the end I found the perfect home. But Jeff did not stop there. After submitting my offer, Jeff guided me through the entire buying process. Even though I was already familiar with the home buying process, considering this is my second home, it felt great to know this man had my back. He was on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure my process was smooth. From looking at properties, to helping me find the right lender, all the way to the closing table, Jeff was by my side. Even after closing Jeff made sure I was ok and had the information I needed to setup all of my utilities. Whether you are a first time buyer, an investor, relocating, or looking for homes in general, Jeff is your man! Thanks again Jeff. You certainly will always have my future business in South Carolina.
